Summary

add span helpers to BufferSlice and refactor reader/writer number paths to use BinaryPrimitives
update extension helpers to avoid intermediate arrays and write directly to spans
add a serialization benchmark to exercise contiguous and split buffer scenarios and enable benchmark access to internals

Testing

dotnet build LiteDB.sln
dotnet test LiteDB.sln --settings tests.runsettings (aborted by 5-minute test-run timeout after executing 167 tests)
